Rumours building, no denial from Jose and city won't pay for than £20m.... Could he come to united??

Although he is a great player, I can think of very few players, if any, who I would genuinely be excited about signing right now. I think the fact we've splashed the cash in recent years, we've got very little for our money with most signings since Fergie being average at best, has caused me to question every transfer we complete.

He’ll sign for city and the papers will portray it as a massive coup for the lotto winners... “he turned down more money at United to sign for us”... yawn!

Apparently he grew up worshipping Garry Flitcroft & Uwe Rösler so makes sense he’d want to go there

I'd be gutted if we don't sign him and have no idea why we are playing hardball with them over him.

Our £20M bid against your £25M plus a £30M player plus bigger wages would only mean he is a mercenary moving for money and not trophies Wink Wink

....or that he has seen city this season any realises he probably won't play every week? No point in medals unless you've made a valuable contribution. Wink

seeing as he's won more in his time at Arsenal than he would have had he signed for city, maybe he should stay put? Wink

Maybe he would like to play for us since we have a deep history, where as the Arabs toy is just a quick fling , and in 5 years no one will ever hear abut them.

Or the fact you’re offering £350k per week (to our £250k) may be the reason

i posted 7 months ago that Sanchez was the type of forward we needed, sadly we didn't get him in the summer, and i was scathing in my opinion of Lukaku when it was found to be him we were getting.

Lukaku has done well so far, he will never be my cup of tea, but the guys still young and he has delivered so far and i feel coached correcltly he will improve.
if i am right Sanchez is the type of player who make us better instantly, his movement and running should encourage fast forward movement and passing.

the money/wages is all bollocks nowadays, its something fans banter about but let's be honest its piss and wind.
is there a person on the planet who deserves 12 million a year for playing a fucking sport ?
is there fuck. but we all know loads of players who are paid that much.

he may come he may not, i hope he does , i am surprised at City's interest as they have Aguero who is almost an identical player?
maybe city are trying to do what Milan did years back,nd just buy every good player to stop their rivals getting them??

Yeah, Ferguson never said a single thing just to get a dig in at another club. He 100% believed everything. Rolling Eyes

Maybe Sanchez could sign for Manchester City Ladies FC? They seem to have inexplicable hundreds of millions of pounds to spend, earned from goodness knows where. Wink

It's sort of amusing that City are playing the "we've got a wage structure" card now. What's next - "no value in the market"? It can't be a money problem, surely? Perhaps they failed to secure another half a billion quid sponsorship of the soap in their toilets from the totally arm's length and not at all related in any way Etihad Clean Hands Corporation, eh?
