5-0 at half-time.

completely unfair, maybe we should put Phil on?

After the first few minutes the ref seemed to be buying into the Panama 'style' and thought it could be a long day. But, as soon as we got our first the game was won.

Great win. Shame we conceded.. took the gloss off what is England's biggest tournament win in my lifetime.

With nobody looking overly convincing it is all to play for. It would be daft to get carried away, but without hope there is no point.

Dreadful opposition, but England do look like they have something that they didn’t have in previous tournaments. They look like more of a team now despite having a very average set of players on paper. Would expect them to make it to the quarters but don’t expect them to go any further.

Whilst I agree that Panama are not the strongest of opposition, people should not forget the debacle that was Iceland, amongst others.

I'm not surprised England are doing well, but much stiffer tests will follow.

Particularly pleased for Lingard, who divides opinion strongly amongst United fans. Arguably England's best player so far.
