We played a bitter quicker and with effort against an Arsenal team that destroyed Tottenham.

So let's think positively;

I really feel that we can get a draw with Fulham tomorrow.

Come on you Reds.

You know things are bad when a draw/defeat could be more positive than a win... one step closer to getting rid of Jose.

We gain nothing with a win today. Top four is out of reach, I can't see it being the start of a recovery and it will give Jose a bit of breathing space.

Good all round performance. Won comfortably, without getting out of 1st gear.

Dalot is having a very positive impact. Hopefully its the start of things to come. It's also good to see attackers ending a period without finding the net. Lastly, Fred.... Jose's comments midweek about him not playing 'coz of our poor defence is laughable. He looked good when he came on.

For all the positives that come out of today's game, it counts for nothing. This was a step forward, but we'll take another 2 back over the coming weeks.

A better performance, albeit against very poor opposition.

So, we've proven we can play that way, positive, on the front foot, dynamic movement, midfield running beyond the front line.

No excuse not to do it week in week out, against shite like Fulham we'll win easily, against quality like the top 2 or 3 we'll get battered but we'll have an identity, we'll have a framework to start building and developing around and we'll be able to see exactly where we're lacking and where we need to improve.

If that isn't Ed's message to the management team on Monday morning, he wants fucking with a dirty broomstick!

Just watched the last 10 minutes of Newcastle v Wolves.

More speed and effort from Wolves than I've seen for United in two years of matches combined.

Rolling Eyes

Really showed what effort looks like.
