seeing the Glazers sitting there fucked me right off.
Cheers you cunts for putting us into debt, you cunts.
Imagine some of the players we could have got if those cunts hadn't come in?

Couple of points I agree with on here.
Someone said are we trying to play like Barca recently.
That was my thought a few weeks ago too.
These little passes, one two's and walking it in does not suit us.

Nic was right , this was not a 6-1 game.

Someone else said we should have got the dutch man, damn right we should have. We have no creativity was so ever.
Fletchers set up and goal was the old united but other than that there was only Rooney who played to win.

Our midfield is woeful, no creativity at all, our defence, what defence?
Nuff said about that.

Now why leave Hernandez, who has played a blinder for us on the bench, our best signing Jones on the bench?
What must those two players be thinking.
Get our best team out there week in week out.
We should have got rid of many of the dead wood this summer and used some of that money to get a couple of top players IMHO.

Anyone else wanting Fergie to get up and start showing some of that old Fergie bollocking we used to see from the side?

City took their chances, . Mancini did his homework and it paid off.

Our support, FFS, there are city giving it large and there are united sitting there looking away, FFS at least turn and face them and give them some fuckin abuse back.

dire dire display and I'm not going to go into which players should be at united or not but a couple of that team today is not up to playing for united.

No Cleverley.

Or No Snieder.

That and some serious issues not to play Vidic, or a mistake not to play Jones.

That's the reasons for today. No bother, we'll still win the league.

There's no value in the market.

Eh....apparently

I think it's time for SAF to bite the bullet and do a 1995/96 "you'll never win anything with kids".
Seriously bring in Cleverley and Pogba to replace the dross we've got - even Ravel Morrison - he couldn't be any sillier than Balotelli, could he?
I have been disappointed that Berbatov hasn't started lately - if he'd been brought on against City he'd at least have retained possession and if you've got the ball they can't score - the last 3 conceded were an absolute disgrace.
Much more of this and Rooney's going to start making "I wanna leave" noises again, he's been playing VERY deep lately to try and overcome the deficiencies of our midfield but it's a compromise; he's not really a midfielder but he's playing too deep to score himself. He'd be spewing watching Silver waltz through our midfield and lay on a pinpoint pass thinking I'm a withdrawn striker, if I had service like that I'd score 30 a season and make another 30.
In the January window, if we're not in relegation trouble, we must buy possibly 4 decent players.

The title of the original post is a major factor in why "there's no value in the market".

Couldn't believe it when the camera's showed all you lot giving abuse about 5 metres away from our lot and there's united, just sitting there, looking away, not saying a word, was trying to see if they all had their blankets on their legs too whilst eating prawn butties and pouring hot chocolate from their flask.

You'd think there would be at least some who would be giving abuse back .
Or is our support now.

Following united for most is having friendly laughing banter with your mates in the pub and at work during the year. No problem with the gimps, let them walk around town just so long as we win something every year and can brag about it to mates .

They were concentrating on the comeback. Deciding tactically what would work best.

Commendable really, the detail they go to

ARF, you loved it and so would I if were vica versa.

I'm sure there's a photo of that scene where hundreds of city are singing, pointing at our lot, the stewards are standing inbetween us and where our lot are just sitting on their arses, looking away, staying silent.

Watching it with my kids and was telling them how it used to be and how united would never have sat there taking the abuse.
I was at the 5-1 game and remember Bishop scoring and us still giving him grief.
Sad how our support has become.

Football is a fashion for the upper classes and day trippers today.

Speaking of Ian Bishop, I was talking to him this summer, he was evaluating my youngest for west ham and we were talking about that 5-1 day.
During our talks I said to him that I would never expect city to beat us like that again.
I will be seeing Bishop again next summer for my youngest s evaluation again and I bet he brings 6-1 up.

Maybe it will be 6-0 next time for us, like the 5-0

All the early leavers getting lashed on the web, John.... but fucking hell, it must have been a tough one to sit through.

Maybe Ferguson was right when he said they should have closed ranks and taken the 1-3 result.

as we left a guy sat next to us, never ever seen him before, said to my mate
"i cant believe your leaving early"

my mate who wasnt in the best mood replied.

"thing is yer cunt , ill be here next fucking game and the game after , you wont will yer , yer fucking day tripping cunt" Shocked

no one else said owt.

i need to get a different seat, the fucking stand is full of day tickets, a woman who was infront of us tried to get a steward to tell us to stop swearing, we know the steward and he told her "its a football stadium luv, you might be best in the family stand if you dont like swearing "

as for the game, once evans went of we knew the worst ,11 v 11 who knows , but that city side are going slaughter you with a man less.

Reminds me of Chelsea a few years back when the "dirty thirty" left after an hour. Meh.

The thing that really got my goat was Ferdinand. Evra's as mad as a wasp at the best of times so when he leaves holes at the back, I can get pissed off but I know it'll do no good. That's how he plays.

Ferdinand though. Just what the actual fuck did he do all game? That 4th goal was an absolute joke. 2 players with all the time in the world and the part-time England Captain stood there with his thumb up his arse. Then the sixth (fuck, that hurt writing those letters), he runs back with Dzecko to do what? Watch him take a pop and score. No slide, nothing.

Just because you aren't wearing the armband doesn't mean you can't be a leader. Piss. poor.
