Disgraceful abuse of power and classless act of not winning Wink

Anyway, who was it that said "Football. Bloody hell!". Ne'er a truer word spoken.

As much as it was remarkable, joyous, superb etc. I NEVER want to go through that again. Utterly shattered, shocked and dazed at the end and I had no idea what was happening.

This is how it feels to be City at present

Enjoy it, pal, it's an incredible feeling.

Watch out for us next season, mind. Wink

Look at all the "Manchester Uniteds" on there...

Fair play Nic. Deserved win this season for your boys overall.

They did it hard way.
Chelksi (H) - came from a goal down to win
Spurs (H) - came from a goal down to win
QPR (H) - came from a goal down to win
United (A) - had the courage to attack and reaped the dividends
United (H) - HAD to win and did
Norwich (A) - tricky fixture but came through with goals to spare
Newcastle (A) - had to win to maintain challenge and did so
Sunderland (H) - came from two goals down to snatch a vital point

That sort of character reminds me of another club.

Best attack
Best defence
Most possession
Most clean sheets
Best football (?)

There is no doubt whatsoever that we 'deserved' to win it overall.

The only real surprise for me was that after 38 games we didn't win it at a canter.

That is a compliment to the team that finished second (as we dont mention names now) Wink

spend a few hundred million this summer and next season you will wrap it up by christmas, Wink

you might have to find someone willing to sponsor your car park for 300 million, mind .

but you will find a way Wink

Correct. Just like United did last Summer eh?

What was it, Champions by 9 points and then spend another 60mill

Looking at that engraving made me realise we were goal difference and 1 point away from 6 in a row.

Sad

Serious question Nic...........

Was there a likelihood of Bobby Manc getting the tin-tack if United had won the league?

Anecdotally, what was the buzz amongst the bloo fans if your season had collapsed at the end?

0.00000000000001% I'd say.

Would be absolute madness to get rid of him. Won a pot, progressing season-on-season, maturing squad...why would we get rid??

Fuck it, I've had enough of skulking in the shadows.

Congratulations Nic. City played some fantastic football this season and deserved to win. Keeping their nerve and keeping the pressure on even when it seemed lost a month ago is a hallmark of champions. You cannot buy that with any amount of money so credit goes to Mancini for that.

And while it remains a fact that you lot are still a bunch of flea-ridden peasants who just happened to find some magic beans in your garden one day, at least it means the pot won't be heading down to the shithole along the East Lancs road, for which we are thankful.
