Chelsea's start to the season. What has gone wrong. Should be compensated for his 30 million pound contract if released.

Discuss.
15 marks.

He dropped John Terry. By yet another quirk of unexplainable fate the coach has lost the dressing room, as has happened to every other coach that decided John Terry was no longer up to it. If any manager wants to succeed there they have to get rid of Terry, it will be hugely unpopular with their Tarquin fanbase, but it's very much needed & Maureen could probably get away with it.

There was also some baffling decisions made in pre-season, starting late, not being prepared, resultant slow start, low confidence etc. I think Maureen thought the Chelsea team were better than they actually are, when in reality last season City disappeared up their own arses.

Seems to be a common theme in the newly acquired wealth clubs, bunch of players on astronomical wages that think winning it once is enough.

Something has happened behind the scenes. The treatment of the medical team is a huge factor IMO... Players tend to have an excellent relationship with the club Physio and doctor. I think the some of the players point the finger at hazard for going down like a sack of shit in that game, faking injury.

Rather than say "I got it wrong", Jose is a stubborn cunt. Everyone else is to blame. A common theme of his management is that his teams do not take responsibility for their actions. It's surprising it's taken this long for it to go tits up, but now it has I can't see Jose clawing things back and I can't see him matching his past success he has had in the future.

He is doing it on purpose and seeing how long he can get away with it despite his wealth I am fairly sure abramovich wont want to pay a shit load of compensation to him and his team again.

I am fairly certain that his ego is so big he cannot see the possible consequences of doing something like this . I fully expect should the poor form continue a "suicide" with absolutely no suspicious circumstances. Rolling Eyes Shocked

Not sure if we should be laughing or crying over that result.

Jose is definitely not used to losing and does not know how to get through it mentally.

I would have been happier with a nil nil but I suspect the witch doctor has hypnotised the Chelsea players into thinking Moyesie is their manager.
