Outside the bottom 3 only Burnley have conceded more goals than us.

...yet we play a defensive style of football and should, on paper, have a better defence than those teams mentioned...

It’s OK, Ed Woodward thinks they’re fine.

It’s De Gea’s fault, no?

Should be sent out on loan to a championship club, will toughen him up as he's clearly a liability.

Going to a Championship would not improve him
He need to do a stint in the National League North
I feel with the right kind of incentives FC United to give some valuable playing time

....if only the fax machine didn't play up that day. Imagine how much better we'd be today if we had just got rid.

1st goal - total De Gaes fault , he put off the defender and made him head it to the Craotia player

2nd goal - wonderfull cross and appalling marking - but DDG should have come 8 yards off his line and cut out the cross Rolling Eyes

3rd goal -Jordi alba and busquets basically stood and watched as they expected him to catch a shot drilled in at ground level , where instead he stopped the shot , (he should obviously have caught it ) and just threw it in front of the Croatia player as he is so shit .

many a game i have watched with other reds and all thought ," what the fuck would we do without DDG, and what the fuck does he think when he considers he could and maybe should have joined madrid"

he makes less mistakes than any other player we have , keepers mistakes are highlighted because they usually end up as goals, where out field players can make mistake after mistake and there's other players to cover them,

there's a fucking lot wrong with Utd at the moment mucker, a hell of a lot, but to throw any blame over the one player who has almost carried us for 3 seasons is really poor.

Carried us my hole, he thrives in a team that gives up a lot of chances. He's in a no lose situation, he makes less obvious mistakes because he's stuck to his own line most of the time. You only have to look at Ramos' face after Croatia's first goal last night, it tells its own story - he doesn't help his defense, he helps himself. The fact that you can see nothing wrong with that performance shows how blinkered you really are.

What has he done in a game for United that Romero hasn't?

The first goal you could argue he could've been a yard further forward. But then look at what happened Sunday vs city... the only question we ask their keeper, he answers by charging out his goal and giving away a penalty, risking a booking or even a red. (Not suggesting he should've been sent off on this occasion, but it often happens when you recklessly charge out and miss the ball.

The second, he's travelled 4 yards across his goal. To attempt to claim it he would've had to travel a further 4 yards. No keeper is doing that.

The third, well he'd be disappointed with that, I'm sure. But it did come through a crowd and probably saw it late. With the standards he sets, he usually holds on to those. You'd struggle to find any keeper without a list of goals conceded like that.

I don't think anyone questions the weakness you highlighted, but he is far from a liability. Scholes couldn't tackle, vital for any midfielder imo, but no United supporter would call him a liability.

This is amongst the strangest conversations I've ever read on this dire scum ridden medium.

Up there with that twat who used to ask if your piss smelled like sugar puffs.
