I don't think there are many United fans out there that don't think his time is up (feel free to make yourself known thought if you do still believe) so if he goes, when he goes who would you seriously like to see come in?

I can't think of a single person in European football that I am especially enamoured with. Now I have to confess I am a fan of the modern, 1st team coach, director of football, academy director and head of recruitment approach, I think it lessens the damage that occurs when a manager moves on because there is still continuity and identity (something Utd lost 6 years ago).

So, any names?

Yeah, we got unlucky there. And with Guardiola. IMO we should've taken a risk with Giggs but that ship's sailed now.

I think it'd be easier to knock up a list of guys I DON'T want to get the job (e.g. Diego Simeone), but right now anyone who likes to attack and can develop players would get my vote.

60 mins watching arsenal v spurs and its how football should be played.

first and foremost try go forward !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we look like the dog and fucking gun sunday side.

Dave- what's wrong with Simeone ? he gets some effort from his players , they'd run through walls for him.

maybe Giggs as assistant , and Quirez back as head coach Wink

would it be too much to poach Emery from Arsenal ?

Some may say Zidane but I think it would be a risk as he lacks Premiership experience.
My choice would Ancelotti, Premiership knows it, Champions League experience, and won it. He has world class players play for him and I believe he would have the knowledge to handle big egos.
Apart from him I can't throw any others in the hat.

conte won a title in his first year
pep in his second year
emery is doing wonders at arsenal

i think looking for premier league experience will only blinker us.

imho - we need the next pep, the next fergie- the next klopp

not the old dinosaurs like lvg - ancelloti - jose etc

like his last season at almost every club- jose is busted , the players don't like him or his methods, you only have to watch us to see that,

the sooner he goes the sooner we can start a re build- we are getting worse every week , and i cannot see it getting any better any time soon.

You've answered it yourself mate. Laughing He's a solid manager but he does like to play on the back foot and counter. He's very good at it (like Mourinho 10-15 years ago) but after the complaints about van Gaal and Jose I don't think his style of football would be a good choice for us right now.

We are currently worse off than we were under Moyes IMO. It doesnt matter who comes in, they can't be worse, can they?

You only ever find "the next ...." by taking a bit of a gamble. If we go down that route I have no issue with giving the job to somebody with little experience. Experience hasn't exactly worked for us anyway.

Let's just get someone in that loves the club. Someone the supporters can get behind and as a result give them absolute power over the players.. Jose never had this IMO. There was always a percentage of supporters that wanted it to go wrong for Jose. This made it easy for the players to question him and the board not to back him.

I think Zidane's a very good shout.

If all we're looking for is Premier League experience, why not just get Big Sam in and be done with it?

The search will start after we lose handsomely on Wednesday. It sums it up for me that he continues to not pick Fred , the only player that looks to pass it forward quickly., coupled with his treatment of Bailly. All class and dignity has been lost.

NOT Zidane.

In my view he has no experience. I know. But coaching Real Madrid is like coaching Celtic; it isn't a test of reality.\
